Thomas + Mack Center Renovation
MEIS and partner firm Woods Bagot are part of the design consortium responsible for facility improvements and modernization of the Thomas and Mack Center at University of Nevada Las Vegas.
The Scope of Services related to Dan's involvement includes conducting an initial facility assessment, programming, conceptual design, conceptual cost estimating and scheduling/construction planning in cooperation with a Construction Manager at Risk for a $50M retrofit that would ensure the long-term viability of the venue.
