MEIS is currently working on Lumen Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders, and Seattle Reign, on several modernization projects to improve fan experience and revenue. Projects include new Club areas, concourse enhancements, new video board studies, and improved fan amenities and circulation which are to be developed through the next few years. The first of these projects completed in 2022 transforms an underutilized circulation space under the Hawk’s Nest grand stand, into two active and animated bars with views to the field and dwelling spaces for fans to enjoy a beverage and the game, including a feature fire place.
