Crypto.com Arena, home of the Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Kings, and one of the most utilize venues in the world, has a comprehensive series of renovations to refresh the Arena that will be done in the fall of 2024. Work has been phased with different areas being developed and implemented into the different off-seasons. The first area of development MEIS has been involved is the Chairman’s Club at the Event level, along with a Family Room, and the renovation of the three Suite Level concourses, all of which was completed in the fall of 2022. Current MEIS efforts include renovations of the Upper Concourse and the development of Terrace Suites as a new hospitality offer carved into the existing seating bowl at the Main Concourse. These projects are under development and are planned to be completed by the fall of 2023. Further design work is ongoing for the efforts implemented in the 2024 offseason, such the Main Concourse renovation as well as a new Tunnel Club offer.
