Santa Clara HERO Design Study

Study for the Santa Clara Hotel Entertainment Retail Office (HERO) Site, an active seven day a week nexus for work, dining, entertainment and hospitality which will capitalize on the evolution of the city of Santa Clara, the evolution of Silicon Valley and the evolution of professional football. The HERO project is poised to take advantage of a confluence of incredibly unique and positive events:

Silicon Valley has once again asserted itself as the cradle of the world’s technological innovation, led by new economy giants Apple, Google, and Facebook.

The resurgence of the San Francisco 49ers, one of the NFL’s most storied franchises with five Super Bowl trophies, culminated in a sixth Super Bowl appearance in 2013.

The 49ers are completing their relocation from Candlestick Park in San Francisco to Santa Clara with the Fall 2014 completion of a new $1 billion 68,500 seat football facility, Levi’s Stadium.

Levi’s Stadium will host the nation’s most watched broadcast, Super Bowl 50, on February 7, 2016, placing huge focus on Santa Clara and the HERO site.
