Petersen Automotive Museum Renovation Study

Considered the pre-eminent US automotive museum, the Petersen Museum stands at the head of Los Angeles’ Museum Row.

Dan Meis while at Woods Bagot was engaged to conceptualize the future of the museum including a broad range of issues from site master plan and development rights to enhancing guest experience, branding, and activation of corporate sponsorships.

As part of this study Meis developed new concepts for donor recognition, merchandise, retail and restaurant offerings.

The goal of the effort is to position the Petersen as one of LA’s must see attractions and provide the museum with a master plan that ensures long term financial sustainability.
