PATeC, the Performance Automotive Technology Campus, is a state-of-the-art, mixed-use motorsport development envisioned to be the automotive hub of the Middle East. The facility is geared to cater to high net worth individuals in the region as well as the growing presence of automotive manufacturers. With access to a test track and potential clientele via on-site residential and hospitality, the conceptual design envisioned creating a “motorsports club” that could provide manufacturers access to the luxury target market.
