Live Nation Brand-Wide Master Planning

In 2018, MEIS was asked by Live Nation to develop facilities master plans for 40 amphitheaters across the US. The work identified the existing conditions of each venue and studied potential improvements to enhance operations, revenues, and fan experience. The studies focused on improving site circulation, “gateways”, wayfinding, adjacencies and specific improvements to seating options, VIP amenities, food and beverage, retail, even typically overlooked elements like toilets.

These master plans have allowed Live Nation to develop a consistent, brand forward approach across venues, and implement improvements in several phases over the next few seasons.
